As a Waiter Waitress you are liable to provide professional service to our guests ensuring their cafe visit will become a memorable dining occasion whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as. Complete all necessary tasks to service food and drink according to the measure of execution
Key Responsibilities
- Be passionate about supporting a service standard that assumes time as the ‘new’ luxury and thus delivers FIVE services promptly to the highest level of expectation. All while having fun with the FIVE Vibe!
- Support the smooth handling of all the Food & Beverage/ Guest Benefits departments. Where all aspects of the guest’s service experience are deemed ‘FIVE-star’ all the way!
- Work as part of a team that maximizes guest happiness and comfort. Delivering a cheerful and timely response to guest inquiries.
- Thorough understanding of all of FIVE’s venues, menus, events And assorted visitor offerings to assist guests at every opportunity.
- Take requests of guest concerns, and requests and act decisively to ensure visitor approval
- Always be aware of visitor intentions and assist in compiling guest history to offer a special and personalized service, at all moments.
- Ability to aptly process billing and affiliated payments and adhere to all established control systems for the same

- Hands-on approach with a ‘can-do!’ work philosophy
- Commitment to providing exceptional guest services with a passion
- Ability to find creative answers taking ownership of all duties and tasks set
- Great everyday skills and teamwork-oriented
- A lively and fun-to-work-with point, at all times
- Previous knowledge and understanding of uneasiness systems are preferred
- The previous incident in Night Clubs will be preferred.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory and proficiency in multiple languages is a gratuity
